If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

● Our Responsibility: Full refund (product + shipping) + return shipping compensation

● Other Returns: Product amount only (shipping non-refundable)

3.2 Processing Time

● Refund issued within 3 business days after QA check

● Bank processing may take additional 2-5 days
