    • Our fault: free return label + full refund (including shipping)

  • Our Responsibility: full refund (product + shipping) + return shipping compensation
  • Other Returns: product amount only (shipping non-refundable)

3.2 Processing Time

  • Refund issued within 3 business days after QA check
  • Bank processing may take additional 2-5 days
