GLOBAL SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Rates

1.1 Standard Shipping

● Free on orders over $40 (non-remote areas)

● $9.99 flat rate for orders under $40

● Estimated delivery: 7-15 business days

1.2 Express Shipping（Temporarily does not provide）

● $39 flat rate

● Free upgrade on orders over $159

● Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days

1.3 Remote Area Surcharge

● Additional fees may apply (calculated at checkout)

2. Order Processing

2.1 Processing Time

● Business Days: All orders are processed within 48 hours.

● Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within 72 hours.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

3. Delivery Timeline & Carriers

3.1 Standard Shipping

7-15 business days (non-remote areas)

3.2 Express Shipping

3-7 business days

Note: Delivery timelines exclude customs clearance delays.

3.3 Shipping Carriers (Last Mile Delivery)

For orders shipped to the United States, the international transport is handled by our freight partners, while the last-mile delivery (final delivery to your doorstep) is handled by UPS.

4. Address Policy

4.1 Address Accuracy

 ●Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses (including Apartment/Unit numbers).

● Lumidi Nails is not liable for failed deliveries or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

4.2 Address Changes

● Address change requests are only accepted before order processing begins.

● We cannot modify addresses once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Tracking Information

● Tracking number provided for all orders

● Accessible via email or account order page

5.2 Delivery Issues

● Contact support if no tracking updates for 5+ days

6. Customs & Taxes

● Import duties/taxes are customer's responsibility

● We provide complete commercial documentation
