GLOBAL SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Rates

1.1 Standard Shipping

We offer standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Free standard shipping may apply to orders meeting specific promotional criteria.

1.2 Express Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. Rates will be displayed at checkout.

1.3 Remote Area Surcharge

Please note that shipments to certain remote areas or military addresses may incur additional surcharges or require longer delivery times.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

3. Delivery Timeline & Carriers

3.1 Standard Shipping

● 7-15 business days (non-remote areas)

3.2 Express Shipping

● 3-7 business days (Excludes customs clearance time)

3.3 Shipping Carriers (Last Mile Delivery)

● To ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently, we partner with premium logistics providers.

● For United States Orders: While the international leg of the journey is handled by our freight partners, the last-mile delivery (final delivery to your doorstep) is handled by UPS.

4. Address Policy

4.1 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete (including Apartment/Unit numbers). We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

4.2 Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot modify the destination.

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

5.2 Track Your Package

You can track your shipment status via our tracking page or directly on the carrier's website. Please note that since the final leg is handled by UPS, tracking updates may sometimes show more detail once the package reaches the US distribution center and is scanned by UPS.

6. Customs & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
